86+ NAMED SERVICES · 6 DELIVERY AREAS · 24/7 NOC/SOC · 11 YEARS WITHOUT A BREACH
Managed IT,
Sized to Your Business.
Vencer runs one catalog of named services across six delivery areas - End-User Support, Core Infrastructure, Risk Mitigation, Strategic Advisor, Professional Services, and Account Management - and three ways to engage. Take the whole thing, co-manage alongside your internal IT lead, or bring us in fractional. We help you pick the shape that fits how your business actually operates.
Quick answer
Three engagement models: Bundled, Co-Managed, and Fractional. Every model draws from the same service catalog and the same Gartner Leader security stack — the difference is who owns the IT day to day. Bundled is Vencer running your full IT environment end to end. Co-Managed sits alongside your internal team on strategic work. Fractional gives you senior IT capability on tap. Three service tiers underneath (Foundation, Professional, Premier) with Field as a per-user add-on for mobile and field-primary crews.
Three Core Tiers · Field as Add-On
Foundation. Professional. Premier.
Field Layers Across All Three.
Three core tiers from a defined service catalog. Field is the mobile and field-primary add-on - applies across any tier, sized to your environment.
Tier 1
Foundation
Core managed IT for desk-based teams. Proactive monitoring, patching, backup, and business-hours support done properly - not the bare minimum.
- A real helpdesk during business hours, with monitoring and patching running behind it
- Response times you can hold us to (P1-P4 SLOs)
- On-site support visits (2 hrs monthly) and a technology business review cadence
- Block the attacks businesses actually get hit by: managed EDR, enforced MFA, and email threat filtering
- DNS protection at the network layer
- Ongoing security awareness training so your people stop the clicks
- Your data is genuinely covered: image-based server backup with cloud replication
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace cloud-to-cloud backup
- Cloud restore testing with verification - we prove the restore works, not just hope it does
- Your cloud, properly run: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Identity and access management (Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Azure / AWS subscription oversight
- Your network runs and stays secure: server monitoring with firewall and VPN management
- Wireless, UPS, and switch configuration oversight
- File-server and shared-drive management
Tier 2
Professional
The workhorse tier. Adds round-the-clock support, active security monitoring, and the strategic IT that regulated industries actually need.
- Coverage that doesn't clock out: 24/7 after-hours response for critical issues
- Smooth employee onboarding and offboarding
- Priority handling for your executives
- Move from defense to awareness: dark-web monitoring for stolen credentials
- An annual risk assessment with a remediation roadmap
- Cyber-insurance questionnaire support so renewals don't catch you flat-footed
- Recovery you can prove: documented restore results across both on-premise and cloud recovery paths
- Evidence you can hand to an auditor or insurer when they ask
- Control your sprawl: SaaS inventory to surface shadow IT
- License right-sizing to cut wasted spend
- Vendor management so you're not chasing your software providers
- Performance you can see and tune: proactive LAN/WAN monitoring
- Hypervisor management across your virtualization layer
Tier 3
Premier
Full IT department on tap. Strategic Advisor, board-level reporting, dedicated account manager, and the entire security catalog included.
- A named account manager who owns the relationship
- Client-portal visibility and satisfaction reporting
- Benchmarking that shows how your IT stacks up
- Prove your security holds up: independent penetration testing and vulnerability scanning
- Incident-response rehearsals (tabletop exercises)
- Device persistence and removable-media control for regulated environments
- A recovery plan, not just backups: a written, tested DR runbook with named recovery targets
- Coverage extended down to the laptop (workstation cloud backup)
- Shaped to how your business actually runs
- A seat at the strategy table: dedicated Strategic Advisor capacity
- Board-level technology reporting
- IT contract review before you sign
- Infrastructure owned end to end: advanced network architecture
- Full hardware lifecycle and warranty management
Add-On
Field
Across all 3 tiers
Mobile and field-primary users - oilfield, construction, healthcare aides, mobile crews. Stripped to what matters away from a desk.
Per-user pricing for field users needing reliable connectivity and mobility services across remote and operational locations. Includes 24/7 phone-first support for field and production personnel. Scales with your field workforce.
The software that supports and enables our managed services plans is included in per-seat pricing. Microsoft licensing and other software not included in our managed services (Adobe, etc.) are not. Hardware and other associated costs are likewise excluded, but can be purchased through Vencer or invoiced together for single-pane-of-glass billing. A detailed breakdown of included software will be provided as part of your service documentation.
Three Ways to Work With Us
Choose the Model
That Fits How You Operate.
Most MSPs force one shape. We meet you where you are: full ownership, co-managed alongside your existing IT person, or fractional for smaller teams.
Bundled
Vencer owns IT fully. We help pick a tier (Foundation, Professional, or Premier) and add Field for mobile/field-primary users. Then we deliver and manage the full stack.
Scoped to your environment
Ideal for
- Companies with no internal IT
- Operators who want one accountable team
- Field-heavy or regulated environments
Co-Managed
Keep your IT person. We fill the gaps: 24/7 NOC/SOC, CVE response, M&A, international, security stack, after-hours.
Scoped to your environment: only the services you actually need
Ideal for
- One internal IT person, growing scope
- Need 24/7 coverage your hire can't give
- Sector or M&A complexity beyond one person
Fractional
À-la-carte for specific IT services needs, smaller firms, or companies looking to build trust before ramping into a fully managed engagement. Vencer fills the senior-capability gaps to get your team on the right track.
Scoped to your environment: only the services you actually need
Ideal for
- 10–40 person teams looking to grow
- Startups needing IT from day one
- Companies not yet ready for our Keystone services (fully managed)
Not sure which model fits? A short conversation is usually enough. We ask about your current IT setup, sector, and 12-month horizon, then tell you honestly which model we'd recommend, even if it's smaller than what you came in for.
Six Delivery Areas
Everything Your IT
Should Be Doing - In One Place.

The Vencer Stack
Best-of-Breed Tools.
Not Whatever Came Cheapest.
Most MSPs commoditize. They pick the cheapest tool that ticks the box and pass the margin on. We pick Gartner Magic Quadrant Leaders across the security stack - and we operate our own NOC/SOC, not someone else's. The names on the box matter.
Gartner Magic Quadrant Leaders. Across Every Layer.
When a CFO asks "what are we actually running?" - these are the answers. Every line is the category leader in its Gartner Magic Quadrant or the equivalent enterprise tier. The same stack a Fortune 500 SOC runs, delivered at mid-market scale.
Our Own NOC/SOC. Not Someone Else's.
Plenty of MSPs advertise a "24/7 SOC," but many are reselling a third-party service with a call-tree delay built in. We operate our own, structured as two sister entities on opposite sides of the world - a true follow-the-sun model where coverage passes between teams as each business day ends. That's why our CVE response is measured in hours, not days.
À-La-Carte Add-Ons
Pick a Tier.
Add Exactly What You Need.
Every tier comes with a defined bundle, but our catalog runs deeper. These are the recurring add-ons available at any tier where they aren't already included, priced per unit. We'll help you pick the ones that fit your environment.
SOC / SIEM Monitoring
24/7 security operations monitoring through our Canadian sister entity. Available as an add-on from Foundation up.
Absolute - Endpoint Persistence
Firmware-embedded endpoint protection that survives OS reimaging. Track, remote-wipe, and compliance-report devices that walk out the door. Available at Professional, bundled at Premier.
Threat Intelligence Feed
Curated threat intel piped directly into your SOC/SIEM. Available at Professional and Premier.
Data Classification & DLP
Data classification schema + data-loss-prevention policy setup and tuning. Available at Professional and Premier.
Removable Media Policy Enforcement
USB and removable-media policy enforced via Intune/GPO. Available at Professional and Premier.
Password Manager (Business)
Business password manager with shared vaults, role-based access, and audit trail. Available at every tier.
VIP / Executive Priority Support
Priority queue and named technician for designated executives. Available at Foundation, bundled at Professional and Premier.
Hypervisor Management
Management of your virtualization layer (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox). Firewall and VPN are now bundled at Foundation - this card covers hypervisor management only.
New Workstation Deployment / Imaging
Standardized laptop/desktop setup using a golden image. Available recurring at Foundation and Professional, bundled at Premier.
These are some of the more common add-ons, but there are many more. We'll review the complete range with you before we design your plan.
Let's Find the Right Fit
For Your Business.
Start with a 30-minute call to understand your environment - a Vencer partner, not a sales rep, who'll dig into your challenges and the gaps that matter. When you want to go deeper, our IT Assessment gives you a tier recommendation and an action plan. Either way: no commitment, just clarity.
Engagement Q&A
Common questions about engagement models
What's the difference between Vencer's three engagement models?
Every model draws from the same service catalog. The difference is who owns IT: Vencer fully (Bundled), jointly for a defined strategic phase (Co-Managed), or as senior capability on tap (Fractional). Bundled is the right answer for most operators - one team, one invoice, full accountability. Co-Managed fits where the work is project-shaped or strategy-shaped: a large transformation, an M&A integration, a specific build alongside your internal team. Fractional works well as a trust-based starting point - senior IT capability for smaller or growing teams that aren't ready for a full managed engagement. The default is Bundled; the alternative models exist for specific situations.
Which engagement model is right for a 50-person operator?
Bundled works at almost any size. We pitch it at 10 people and we deliver it at 300+. The right answer isn't headcount, it's whether you want one accountable team running your IT environment end to end - something we evaluate with you during our discovery phase. Smaller teams often benefit the most from Bundled: a 10 to 25 person company gets the same enterprise-grade security stack and 24/7 NOC/SOC coverage as a 250-person operator, sized to their environment. The math works because the stack doesn't change. Your access to it does.
How does Vencer differ from a flat-rate platform MSP?
A flat-rate platform MSP runs on volume: thousands of small clients, a centralized help desk, and a software platform that handles tickets at scale. Vencer runs on named relationships. Senior people pick up the phone and know your environment. The team is operators who have actually run the operations they now serve. The security stack underneath is the Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader stack: the same tooling a Fortune 500 runs, deployed for a 10-person operator the same way it's deployed for a 300-person one. Most MSPs run a discount stack. Vencer doesn't. Teams own outcomes. Platforms own SLOs. That's the difference.
